Attorney Patricia J. D'Angelo has represented clients for over 25 years in family, personal injury, bankruptcy, collections, traffic, real estate, adoptions, estate planning, juvenile and probate matters. She is now focusing her practice on family law matters with an emphasis on collaborative and cooperative divorce in Waukesha, Jefferson, Dane, Milwaukee, Walworth and Washington Counties. Since 1989, Attorney D'Angelo has served as a judicial court commissioner. Mrs. D'Angelo grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as the second oldest of eleven children. She received her undergraduate degree in Marketing and Economics from Marquette University's College of Business Administration in 1967 and her teaching certificates in secondary and vocational education in 1968. Attorney D'Angelo obtained her doctor of jurisprudence from Marquette University in 1982 and joined her brothers and father in the practice of law in their Milwaukee and Waukesha offices. During the mid-1980s, Mrs. D'Angelo's father, Robert D. Jones, retired from the active practice of law; her brother, Louis R. Jones, focused his practice on bankruptcy law and served as a Chapter 13 Trustee for the Eastern District of Wisconsin; and she and her brother, Thomas R. Jones, began their partnership as D'Angelo & Jones. Today, their practice extends into the third generation with the addition of her daughter, Attorney Christine Davies D'Angelo. Attorney Patricia D'Angelo is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Waukesha County Bar Association, the Justinian Society of Lawyers and the National Italian-American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Court. She serves or has served on the Board of the Waukesha County Bar Association, the Board of Attorneys Professional Responsibility, the Fee Arbitration Committee, the Waukesha Memorial Hospital Foundation, the Village of Oconomowoc Lake Plan Commission, the Board of Directors for Children's Service Society, the Board of Directors of the St. Joseph's Medical Clinic and numerous other community and professional committees.
